Standards
Client Standards & Commitments

What every client can hold us to.

These are not aspirational values on a wall. They are operational commitments that govern how we engage with every client on every project. We stand behind them.

Written agreements on every engagement

We do not begin work without a signed contract. Scope, price, timeline, IP ownership, and payment terms are documented before any work starts.

IP belongs to the client on delivery

Full intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment. We retain no licence to use, resell, or display client work without explicit written consent.

Transparent progress reporting

Clients receive regular status updates tied to sprint deliverables. We do not go quiet. If something is delayed, you hear it from us first.

No undisclosed subcontracting

If any portion of your project is delivered by a third party or contractor, you will be told. We do not route work through undisclosed third parties.

Data handled with confidentiality

Client data is handled according to the confidentiality provisions in your contract. We do not use client data for training, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond the scope of the engagement.

Honest scope and cost estimates

We do not low-ball estimates to win engagements. If requirements change, we discuss scope and cost implications before proceeding — never after.
