A 45-minute video call. We want to understand you, your domain knowledge, and why you're the right person to build this.
We review the product, the code (if it exists), the architecture plans, and the market hypothesis. We may ask for a demo.
A clear, founder-friendly term sheet. Minority equity, defined build commitment from our side, and honest expectations from both.
Once closed, we assign a dedicated contact and begin the technical engagement — typically starting with an architecture sprint.
